When do orders close?

Orders close Monday 8PM for Wednesday drops, and Thursday 8PM for Saturday drops. Late orders will move to the next drop.

How do I place an order?

Head to our shop, add your items, and checkout before the cutoff. Simple as that.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the cutoff has passed, orders are locked in and we get baking. Reach out ASAP if something needs changing before then.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes — pickup is available in Stellenbosch during specified windows on drop days.

How does delivery work?

We deliver within 15km of Stellenbosch on drop days. Flat delivery fee of R50.

What are the delivery windows?

Delivery windows are communicated per drop. Check the Delivery & Pickup page for current times.

Are products baked fresh?

Always. Everything is baked to order — no frozen stock, no warehouse sitting. Fresh only.

Do products contain allergens?

Our products contain gluten, dairy, and eggs. Some may contain nuts. Please reach out before ordering if you have severe allergies.

How long do products stay fresh?

Best enjoyed within 2 days. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

How do payments work?

We accept all major payment methods at checkout including card and EFT options.

Is my payment secure?

Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
