Due to the perishable nature of our products, PROPER MESS does not accept returns once an order has been collected or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to assist.

Orders may be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

All products are baked fresh to order.
